Tommy had a special visitor from Africa in his class today.
This is actually a second generation tradition. Zack's dad used to embarrass the snot out of him when he was little. We figured that the opportunity was just too good to pass up. The gorilla not only screamed and beat his chest, he also made sure to pick the "bugs" out of Tommy's hair. It was a lot of fun and I don't think that I have ever seen Tommy's face so red!
Tommy, we are so happy that you are a part of our family. You are so fun and we love you so much! Happy birthday, Tommy!

Happy birthday Tommy!! How fun! We are so sorry we aren't around!!
oh my gosh. that is the funniest, cruelest tradition. Yes. Keep it up!
I hope you realize that Marisa is STILL going to therapy (twice a week) for the trauma she endured Halloween night. The costume is AMAZING - we'll send you our bill. Our health insurance only covers so much.
