Brussel Sprouts

Yuck! Bitter! Nasty! Vomitatious!


Until now...a friend of mine suggested I try them sauteed and I found this recipe. I cannot believe how tasty these are. It's a miracle. Mmmmmmmmm-mmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

You should try roasting them in the oven also. A little olive oil and salt and mmmmmmm......

My caramelized ones were good too, they were sweet. Although probably not half as healthy! I'm excited to try these!

Okay...I guess one day I'll have to try that recipe out to make sure.

I made these tonight, they were pretty good!! Although I must confess... I used the canned parmesan cheese instead of fresh. I am just THAT cheap!
