Had my name on it alright....

It gets pretty windy here, especially when a front rolls in. The strong wood post is completely shattered. It has been basically sitting in wet dirt for about 2 years now thanks to our lovely neighbors up behind us. Yep - they still have a leak somewhere and we get to reap the benefits of it. I felt the busted wood this morning and the wood fibers feel just like crepe paper.

Oh, and apparently, the grass is indeed greener on the other side.

I am sorry--you'd think with all that water, at least it would help your grass be greener!!

Man, it's weird seeing a yard where you can still see grass!! Being up here, I think everyone has a foot or so of snow...Well, you've proved me wrong! To my sadness!! Some people still have green grass to look at! A part of our fence blew down a few months ago - not fun!!

That is no fun. Maybe that is why they haven't fixed their leak, it keeps their grass green.

Hmm, would you go "halvies" with your neighbor to fix that? I'm too tired to worry about spelling right now by the way.

Bummer! So who gets to fix that one?

It's all on us, I think - but I know our neighbor (who shares the fence)and he's super nice - he'll at least help Zack with the labor part.

Oh, and the neighbor's grass is brown because his water doesn't have enough pressure to water his grass. Hello?!? Idiot - obviously there is a leak!

Duh.

Odd. Why did it cut out on me? So rude!

Crap - nevermind. Just blogger wigging out on me.

That Grass is Greener thing made me laugh when I looked up again at the pic.

Even without the rotting wood that would have happened to your fence if you lived in Lehi long enough. I know it happened to us while we were there.
